My own journey, which led me to launch The Unlearning Company, started when I found myself as part of the most amazing team.

We broke records, but it wasn’t that that meant so much to me – it’s how I felt at the time as part of that team.

Everyone recognised the value of each team member, we had expectations of one another, and we knew what the business expected us to deliver.

I felt totally connected to myself, my colleagues and the organisation, but above everything I felt valued and appreciated, and that we all shared a common, positive goal.

My unique approach is to understand how the business operates, its systems and processes, and how its ways of working relate to one another.

But when the people and organisational processes are not aligned, unnecessary energy is spent on things that add no value.

Underpinning my philosophy of personal and organisational development is that sustainable progress requires a positive environment.

Positive change can only be sustained when there are benefits for the individual, their team and the organisation.
