Jonathan Cooper, the founder of The Unlearning Company, a Sheffield-based training and corporate development company, has achieved Chartered Fellowship status, the highest accolade that the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) can award.
The prestigious Chartered Fellowship status demonstrates that Jonathan is not only a thought leader, but an influencer and an expert change agent for today’s evolving workplace.
In conferring the Chartered Fellowship status, the CIPD recognised Jonathan’s extensive expertise in building an inclusive and productive workforce, supporting individuals, teams and organisations to reach their true potential.
Jonathan has also become one of only a handful of WHY Discovery Coaches in the UK, who are officially qualified to deliver Simon Sinek’s unique programme of personal development.
To become a Simon Sinek WHY consultant, Jonathan joined The Optimism Company’s WHY School in order to study for a certificate to demonstrate his thorough understanding of Sinek’s philosophy and methodology.
During the course he learned to articulate his own core purpose (the WHY), and he is now qualified to apply Sinek’s principles to help individuals to find their purpose.
Commenting on these awards, Jonathan said: “I am passionate about enhancing the relationships in the workplace and creating places where everyone thrives.
“Leaders who can clearly articulate their purpose lead with more authenticity and engage their people more effectively.
“In becoming both a Chartered Fellow and a WHY coach I know that I will be able to be even more effective in delivering programmes that develop workplace culture and deliver tangible results.”
