PRINT® was developed 20 years ago by Dr Paul Hertz, building on his work with systems guru Dr W Edwards Deming – the mastermind who pioneered the quality revolution in Japan and the USA.

Hertz and Edwards Deming were looking for a way to break through the productivity ceiling, having noticed that even when the best processes and systems were put in place it was not enough to guarantee improved performance.

Dr Hertz believed that understanding human behaviour was key to increasing productivity and efficiency. Why? Because it was only when people were introduced into processes that everything went awry!

PRINT® was launched in the UK in 2015. It is now benefitting companies of all sizes and in all sectors – either as a stand-alone tool, or incorporated into existing personal development programmes.
